Gerald Stewart as Miss Londesissro.
. Next followed a- dramatic sketch en-
titled "ffirmilian," in which the actors,
in the grand IShakesPearlan manner,
portrayed the story of the. young
medieval Philosopher and Poet "Firm.
Alian"---andshis- three ladrelovess
title role was played by Gordon Fowler,
and he was supported by Doris Hill
Parton, Grace Stirling and John Forbes.
The final number. in the 'goer show
consisted of a Pallet entitled -
Dance of the Fauns," presented by the
Huron County Ballet, headed by the
great .ballerma Weselina, KcOutcheort-
ova Mosley XeCutcheon). The corps'
de ballet was Made up of Willena
Robinska (Bill Robins), Claire du
Latina (Clarence 1Lannan), Frederika
Elliotsky (Fred 'Elliott), and Roberta

SMALL- .GARAGE BURNED
Burning Gasoline Starts Fire in Frame
Buildhw on Regent Street
Fire breaking out Tuesday afternoon
,In.a small frame garage owned by Mrs.
Orville Steep on Regent street gutted
the interior or Me structure and de-
stroyed valuable belongings, owned by
MTS. Milton Fisher, which. were Stored
in the 'building. Thi fire brigade was
-ealledinto action "aildsafter -Playing the
hose on thebuildingfor Several' Min-
utes they brought the blaze Under
control. ' •
e tire started when: Till-telier
upset a bottle of gasoline -MI a stove
while he was working in the garage.
Flames leaped several feet into the air
from the stove, catching Fisher In the
far* and about his body and spreading
to the wooden walls and ceiling. Fisher
burst from •the garage and rolled in
snow, to extinguish his burning elothes.
An Alarm was Promptly sent in. Fisher
was burned' slightly, about his thee and
body and hie hair •was sinod badly
at the front of his head.
Mr. and Mrs. Fisher had been living
in part of Mn. • Steep's house during the
winter and had, had much of their
belongings stored In the garage, Mr.
Fisher had' beenusing the garage as a
workshop. The huilding remains stand-
ing, but the framework Is so badly
damassed that it will be. necessary to
tear the structure down.
