He was the smallest elf in the shop. His name wsa Timmy. But the bad part about it is that h©. couldn't make toys for the little ones. Like he would try to make electric trains but he would get shocks. The next day he went tobogganing on his GT. Then his best friend came and went tobogganing with Timmy. Timmy's best friends name is Rich. A week later they went to buy a Christmas tree. Then Rich found a perfect tree it was three feet tall. They bought it for ten dollars. Then they hrought it to the cabin. They decorated it. It looked awesome! Rich put up the lights outside, while Timmy deco- rated the inside. On Christmas morning Rich and Timmy received everything they wanted. .My..aIMOrin..w.1uViet 111 1111411110Mt I IP IIIIMIMwAr,r1!►e Ole 1041 +rill . 0 Come Let Us Adore Him May peace on earth and good will to all mankind prevail as we celebrate the miracle of Christmas. • Chairman Chan Livingston Commissioners - Ben Hoogenboom, Bev Skinner Manager Hugh Davis and the staff - Marilyn Siflery, Marlene Mathera; Pat Hendrick, Bob Pooley, Verla Russell, Dennis Hockey, Ron Moore, Scott Eveland Steve Skinner EXETER PUC 233-1380 •xot.r You're on Your Own Santa by Debra Toonk Grade 3, E.P.S. Once upon a time in the North Pole, Santa has just come back from the little town of Exeter with a long Christmas list from all of the boys and girls. He walked into his workshop and said to his elves, "I've hrought back the Christmas list from all of the Exeter boys and girls. Twinkle toes, you make a doll for little Cindy, and..." "But Santa, all of the other elves and I think that we should have a little time off." "A LITTLE TIME OFF!!'?? It's practically Christmas and you want some time off?" "Yeah!" said Tumble in a very loud voice. Santa looked at Tum- ble with a mean face. Tumble tum- bled over. "Fine. Have a little time off. I was better off without you anyway. Yeah, sure". The elves left in a hurry. When it was one day before Christmas, Santa was busy at work. He sewed dolls and he hammered and screwed. When it was Christmas Santa's sleigh was full of presents and he gave them to all of the boys and girls. The end. Saved by the Reindeer By Michael Noyes, Luke Howitt Lucan Public School One day Santa and his elves were working on the toys. Miss Claus was making supper. She was cutting an onion and she started to cry. She cut herself so she had to go to the Hospital because the cut was really bad. Santa forgot to pack the toys and the elves forgot to make the toys and they forgot to at- tach the reindeer to the sled be- cause Miss Claus was in the Hospi- tal. Christmas was just two weeks away and, they only had ten toys made. The kitchen was destroyed because Miss Claus was the only one who knew how to cook. They went into the stables and saw that Dasher and Dancer had a baby. That cheered them up and the elves started making the toys and fin- ished them on Christmas Eve. They attached the reindeer to the sled, then Santa packed the toys into his bag. He packed them onto the sled and they were on their way. The elves watched the baby reindeer. The elves had named the baby rein- deer. Chrism as was saved because of that baby reindeer. P.S. The baby's name was Rein.
