And I am trying something new!
I'm giving a little bit of me...
And expecting less from you!
I would really like for my family
and me can I please have a passport
because I am going to Laos but you
don't have to. Samantha's mom
wants a ring. Edward wants a toy
car. Dad wants hockey stuff. Well
that's all for now. Thank you very
much. Merry Christmas.
And if there's room inside your
sack
And you are wondering about me,
I'd really like to see a Trouble for
Thu and a ring for Samantha
Under my Christmas tree.

Advent Prayer
By Lisa M.
St. Boniface School, Grade 7
Lord, I know you are coming.
I will try my best to prepare for
you.
Because you deserve to be born in
the best place.
You are good, like God, our father.
I will try to be like you, and your
good works.
Advent is a time of preparation.
A time for peace, and thoughts.
It is also a time for caring, and giv-
ing.
Not receiving, or taking.
Lord, Jesus, you are good.
How can I prepare for your corn-
ing?CaI by giving to the poor?
By sharing with others?
By praying for people who are
needy?
By loving my friends and family
more?
By caring for others?
By telling people how you, and
your works are good?
I will try to prepare for your com-
ing by:
Praying for your kingdom.
Caring for your people.
Giving money to your poor.
And by Loving you.
Amen
Santa and the Utile
Boy
By Kyle Campbell
Grade 3, B.P.S.
Once upon a time there were
three elves. One was named
Sleepy, one was Sneezy and one
was Cheesy. They worked day and
night. Then it was finally Christ-
mas. One little boy was too excit-
ed. He stayed awake all night. At
12:00 he went downstairs and he
saw Santa. He goes, 'Hi Santa. Can
I ride in your sleigh tonight?" San-
ta said, "I guess." And they had a
wonderful night together.

Bells a ringing, people singing.
Moms a shopping in the mall.
Decorating, faces glowing,
People skating, greetings call.
Lots of candy for uncle Randy.
He's not a fool, he's rather cool!
He is my kind of guy!
Aunts and uncles comes visiting
Bringing candy and toys,
Sharing love and joy,
And presents for girls and boys.
