The market at Brussels Livestock saw fed steers and
heifers selling $1.00 higher. Cows sold steady. On Thurs-
day veal sold $2-3. higher. Lambs sold fully steady. Friday saw all stockers sell-
ing on a good active fully steady trade.
. There were 517 steers on offer selling from 84.00 to 88.00 to the high of 96.75.

Denfield livestock sales
The market at Denfield Livestock met an active
demand at prices 3.00 per hundred weight higher on
all classes of slaughter cattle. Cows sold a little
stronger. Veal and pigs were steady.
There were 420 cattle and 250 pigs on offer.
Jim Thompson, Ailsa Craig sold 11 heifers average weight

opening of its new office at 282
Huron Road West in Clinton to-
day, September 27. Marshall
Stachniak, newly appointed Vice-
president of FCC Ontario Region
invites all farmers in the area to at-
tend the opening ceremony at
12:15 p.m. and join him and his
staff for a barbecue from 11 a.m.
to 2 p.m.

cate our office from Goderich to
Clinton to improve service for
your customers. This more central-
ized location will better serve the
overall area. we believe the FCC
must maximize accessibility in the
rural communities, particularly in
view of our expanded lending
mandate. FCC's new Clinton of-
fice is ideally situated to provide
access to all our clients in the
area," Stachniak said. "Now that
we can also lend for diversification
and construction projects and have
extended our client base to include
part-time and lifestyle farmers, we
want to be ready to meet the de-
mand for our products and servic-
