Your neck and shoulder muscles have the job of holding this 12 -pound lump upright and allow it to move smoothly. Your posture is very important. So sit up straight, walk with your head held high and be aware of that weight on your shoulders. It also slows bone -loss thus reducing osteoporosis risk. Insomnia is a very frustrating problem and sometimes can be very easy to fix. Drugs can sometimes be the cause of sleepless nights. When we are told by a customer that she is sleeping poorly, we will review her prescription profile. The cause just might be there. Diarrhea is another side effect that can occur with many medications. Again, let us know if this is a problem and we can see if one of your medications is causing it.
