Miller - Henderson
Lori Ann Henderson and Larry
James Miller were united in
marriage Saturday, July 22 at
Northside United Church. Pas-
tor Richard Lucas officiated.
Lori is the daughter of Ray
and Helen Henderson of Sea -
forth. Larry is the son of Earl
and Marilyn Miller of RR1
Woodham. The wedding party
included Matron of Honor
Cheryl Hern, London, friend of
the bride; bridesmaids Lisa
Henderson, Baden, sister of
the bride; Lori Miller, RR1
Woodham, sister of. the
groom and junior bridesmaid
Janelle Eisler, Baden, cousin
of the bride. Best man was
Rob Hern, London, friend of
the groom and ushers were
Steve Henderson, London,
brother of the bride and Jeff
Miller, Pickering, brother of
the groom. Organist for the
ceremony was Margaret Whit-
more, Walton. Soloist was Jo-
die Perkins, Waterloo, cousin
of the bride. Readings were
performed by Cathy Hender-
son, London, Sister-in-law of
the bride. Candlelighters for
the ceremony were Paul and
Brian Henderson, brothers of
the bride. A reception was
held at Seaforth and District
Community Centre. Following
a honeymoon trip to Jamaica,
the couple will reside at RR1
Woodham.

daughter of Doug and Ann, has ac-
cepted a teaching position at Pikan-
gikum, north of Red Lake in North-
ern Ontario.

Harlton reunion Sunday, August 13
at John Harlton's home at Granton,
with about 35 people attending.

O'Rourke - Consitt
On July 15, 1995 Deborah
Ann O'Rourke and Steven Ed-
ward Consitt were married at
Our Lady of Mount Carmel
Church, Mt. Carmel with Fa-
ther Paul Beck and the Rever-
end lsagani Lazarq officiating.
Proud parents are Willie and
Linda O'Rourke and John and
Helen Consitt. The wedding
party included maid of honor,
Kim Hoffman and brides-
maids Darlene O'Rourke,
Heather Consitt and Julia Tie -
man. Best man was Jeff Con-
sitt and groomsmen included
Mark Johnston, Todd Laporte,
and David O'Rourke. Ushers
were Marty Merner and Ed
Meidinger. An open reception
followed at Zurich Community
Centre. Deb and Steve now
reside in Zurich. Thanks to

day.

Gertie's sister Eleanore and
brother -in -raw Clarence Miller,
from Tabor, Alberta, travelled to
Manitoba for a three-day conven-
tion, then to Dashwood where they
spent two weeks with the Stades
and other relatives.
The annual Morenz reunion was
held Sunday, August 13 at the sum-
mer home of Ernie and Ann Mo-
renz, at Ipperwash. The young peo-
ple went swimming and the older
ones reminisced and visited. Rela-
tives came from London, Exeter,
Hensall, Shipka and Brantford.
Hugh and Annie Morenz and Ted
and Jan Hayward attended the draft
horse agricultural demonstration
day, August 12 at Doug and Shirley
Boyd's farm near Arkona. There
were 11 teams of draft horses dem-
onstrating cutting grain with a bind-
er, men stooking the sheaves, run-
ning sheaves through a thresher,
plowing, cultivating, discing, rak-
ing hay and loading a wagon with a
hay loader. Free wagon rides were
available all day. The proceeds
went to support Canada Foodgrains
Bank and Lambton Heritage mu-
seum school events.
