EXETER - The Exeter Mite Girls
Softball Team posted two wins
against Centralia last week. Exeter
took the first game 14-11 in the
rain on Monday night and a 23-1
victory on Wednesday night.
Excellent base running was a fac-
tor in both games. Several strike-
outs by Exeter pitchers Miranda
Grenier and Jennifer Baker helped
to end the Monday night rain -
soaked game after three innings.
Wednesday's game boasted more
action as the Exeter girls rounded
the bases at Centralia 23 times.
A home run by Meagan Skinner
and a double by Sherri Skinner kept
the momentum going while the
Centralia team was kept at bay of-
fensively by the strong pitching and
fielding from the Exeter girls.
scored a 632 triple pinfall to beat
his 208 average by eight pins and
finished fourteenth on the top 15
OFPBA prize list amongst 40 male
bowlers, also at Brampton.
