Capsule Comments

From the file of interesting but useless facts: your
foot length usually equals the distance between your
wrist and your elbow. Not really a health comment
but intriguing.

A reminder that if you are a margarine user, use the
soft type rather than the solid type. Soft margarine contains less saturat-
ed fats.
When you are cleaning out your medicine cabinet, discard 'those old eye
drops you're not using anymore. Old eye drops could be contarninated
and cause serious eye infections if used. If in doubt, check with your
pharmacists.
More and more restaurants are putting "heart healthy" logos on their me-
nus signifying meals that are low in fat and high in fibre. This program is
helping to raise the awareness of how diet choices can affect your long
term health.
After exercising, it is sometimes nice to have a cold beer. However, alco-
hol can act like a diuretic and promote water Toss, so rather than replen-
ishing the water you lost through perspiration, beer can promote dehydra-
tion. Try a tall cool glass of water or juice instead. -

working layout with ample cupboard and counter space, a pantry and a handy work island.
Windows all along the rear provide plenty of natural fight. The den, set apart from the main

seat. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and a five piece ensuile with double
sinks and a raised swirl tub.
An unfinished basement awaits your own creative touch. .
