The township wishes to expand the existing Exeter sewage lagoon so Huron Park sewage can be pumped into Exeter. This means they would close the sewage plant in Huron Park. Stephen Township Clerk-. • treasurer Larry' Brown, said they would close"the Huron Park sewage plant because it is "in bad need of 'repairs." • - The entire project is expected to cost the township approximately S4 million.. Since the -active sewage re serve account does not carry enough funds to do the pmject they decided to ask the province for the grant. ' B.M.
