February 25. The officers observed -that Hennings had an odor of alcohol on tiis breath. glassy, eyes. slow motor skills and was unsteady on his feet. Breathalyzer read, - trigs. measured 2110 and 190 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of blood. . Judge R.G.E. Hunter fined Hennings $1.200 plus a $5 surcharge and issued a•12 -month driving prohibition: As•sault Pieter Conn #41111811114. Numerous assault cases were heard throughout the session.
