when mom and dad are in the audience. Doing his part in the kindergarten presentation at

Shepherds tell their tale
By Mary Ann Hendriks
St. Boniface School
A strange night it was
With air icy and still
And sheep huddled together
Against the cold hill.
I took my strongest staff
And striding into the night
Followed as one that dream-
ed
A great star light.
And so to Bethlehems inn
To offer Jesus Our Lord a

Christmas is the following
By Danny, Weigand
Grade 4
Zurich Public School
- the sound of Santa's
reindeer prancing franticly
on the crunching wintry
snow.
- shouts of, just what I
wanted, Oh you
remembered, and Oh and
Ahs.
- big coloured stockings
hanging by the warmed
hearth.
- the chimes ringing Jingle
Bells throughout the pine
scented land.
-children yelling and
screaming while playing in
the snow.

May the miracle of
that first Christmas
be fresh and meaningful
as we share it
with those we love.
