the reception which followed.
The first birthday for
Patricia Simpson, daughter of
Joe and Judy Simpson,
Mississauga was celebrated
at Grampa and Gramma
Mason's (Gerald and Joy)
September 22. Balloons and
streamers decorated the back
yard with 48 guests in atten
dance from London, Sarnia,
Sauble Beach, Hensall, Grand
Bend, Inwood, Exeter and
Dashwood. They were
pleasantly surprised when
John, Natalie, Tracy, Shawn
and Stephanie Mason came
all the way from Rainy River.
The John Mason family
returned to Rainy River the
following Tuesday after
visiting with Natalie's mother
and relatives, Huron Park.
Richard Rader is recover-
ing nicely in University
Hospital following heart
surgery.
Mrs. Edwin Miller is ex-
pected home Tuesday follow-
ing surgery at St. Joseph's
Hospital last Monday.
