Nine ladies from St. Peter's
Lutheran Church attended
the Annual Women's Aux-
iliary, Waterloo Lutheran
Seminary meeting held at St.
John's Church in Waterloo
last Wednesday September 26
with Donna Klopp as
delegate. Twenty-six quilts
were brought in from various
parishes which are given to
the first year seminarians.
Pastor Jack Dressler of
Waterloo lead the opening
prayer.

area are away to college this
year. Among them are:
Dennis Regier, son of Clare
and Mary Fae who is going to
Fanshawe in London; Janet
Regier to Brescia College in
London and Dan Regier to
R.C.C. in Toronto. The latter
are both children of Pat and
Evelyn Regier.
Barb Regier, daughter of
Joan and Charlie Regier, go-
ing to Mohawk College in
Hamilton; Tracy Ducharme,
daughter of Helene and
Jerome Ducharme, is atten-
ding Brescia, London.
Carolyn Regier, daughter
of Karl and Mary, is at Lamb -
ton College in Sarnia and so is
Darcy Ducharme, son of Joan
and Paul Ducharme.

mon was based on "Make-up
or Missions" explaining that
there is only one missionary
for every 430,000 people.

(worldwide) or 28 times more

missionaries.

The second meeting of the
Kippen 3 4-11 club was held on
September 25. The meeting
was started with the 4-11
pledge. Then we went to work
in the kitchen making split
pea soup and corn chowder.
The lesson material was
centered around dieting.
After the meeting was
finished, we ate our soup
which was very good. The
next meeting will be held on
October 2 at Vanastra Curling
Club. -
