It's hard to walk the road alone
instead of by your side,
But to all there comes a moment,
When the path of life divides.
Then looking back with memories
Upon the path we trod,
I bless the years I had with you
And leave the rest to God.

Beautiful memories are
wonder ful things,
They last till the longest day,
They never wear out
They never get lost
They can never be taken away.
To some you may be forgotten,
To others a part of the past
But to us that loved and lost you
Your memory will always last.

Lucan Revival
Centre news
Wednesday evening the
Women's Auxiliary met at
Lucan Revival Centre, with
president Mrs. Nola Murray
conducting the meeting.
Before the program several
ladies cut out more baptismal
gowns, which they will sew up
at home. -
Mrs. Elsie Melanson, ac-
companied by Mrs. Carol
Butler. playing the piano, led
in chorus singing. Mrs.
Charlene Hazeen led a study
of the first chapter of the book
The Ministering Woman.
From Proverbs 31:10-31 she
talked about the priceless
value of a virtuous woman.
Easter Sunday morning
Mrs. Ruth Nunn played the
piano, accompanying Mrs.
Marlene Thornton as she
beautifully sang The Holy Ci-
ty. Dr. D.H. Nunn and Mrs.
Nunn sang The Man on the
Middle Cross.
Dr. Nunn stressed that Mat-
thew 28:1-17 is remembrance
of a very important occasion,
the resurrection of Jesus
Christ. This gives direction to
all Christian theology. Many
religious leaders have
preached what they thought
to be the truth. But all are
now dead. Jesus' tomb is
empty. Every time we par-
take of the emblems of the
communion we remember
His sacrifical death. •
Sunday evening the con-
gregation was treated to a
musical group of Mrs. Lor-
raine Armitage playing the
piano, Mrs. Ruth Nunn on the
synthesizer, and -Nello
Romagnoli playing his guitar.
Mr. Romagnoli sang a song
he had written about Peter
denying His Lord, called The
Loving Eyes of Jesus.
Dr. G.H. Nunn ministered
from Matthew 21:5-11 with
verse 10 asking "Who is'
this?" and the answer in
verse 11 - "This is Jesus, the
prophet of Nazareth of
Galilee." People wondered
who was causing so much
praise and worship as Jesus
rode into the city. Wherever
Jesus went the multitudes
followed Him, as they were
alerted to what He could do
Jesus spoke as on having
authority. Jesus ministered to
the spiritual need of the 5,000,
then to their pysical need in
feeding them. Jesus helped
the blind eyes and other il-
lnesses of people.

posed to be delegates at the.

There was a gathering of
about 400 Liberals at the
meeting, Thursday, in Wat-
ford to choose the delegates.
Those chosen are uncommit-
ted as to wpich of the can-
didates they wish to see as a
leader of the national party.
