MR. AND MRS. BRADLEY MURRAY
Gail Ann Fuller and Bradley Kenneth Murray, exchang-
ed marriage vows October 15 at Exeter United Church
with Rev. James Forsythe officiating. The bride is the
daughter of Jack and Lossy Fuller, Exeter and the
groom's father is Ken Murray, Winnipeg. Maid of
honour was Juliane Brittain, and bridemaids were
Cathy Cronyn, Brenda Murray, Brenda Geiser and
flowergirl Jennifer Cronyn. The best man was Allan
Knight and guests were ushered by Brian Murray, Jon
Gaiser and Jeff Fuller. Soloist was Kelly Livingstone.
After a honeymoon in Acapulco, Mexico, the couple has
taken up residence in Exeter.
PATTI AND GREG KEENAN
September 17, 1983, wedding vows were exchanged
by Patti Lynne, daughter of Lewis and Madalene Tasko,
RR 2, Lucan, and Gregory Thomas, son of Jack and Han-
nan Keenan, Toronto. The double ring ceremony was
solemnized by Rev. W. Burton Crowe in Centralia
United Church. Organist was Douglas Gill, Exeter and
piano soloist was Eileen Lynch, Toronto. Readings were
done by Barbara Binczyk, Winnipeg and Stephen Tasko,
Lucan. The bride was attended by Mary Lou Tasko,
Lucan, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Patricia
Keenan, Toronto, Jo -An Geudens and Trudy Holmes,
both of London. Best mon was Dan MacDonald,
Mississauga and guests were ushered by Michael
Keenan and Ross L. ague, both of Toronto and Stephen
Tasko. Following a reception at the Exeter Golf and
Counts y Club, Patti end Greg left for a honeymoon in
Great Britain. They now ore residing in Toronto.

coe and Bob Marshall, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lorne Mar-
shall, Exeter were married at Burns Presbyterian
Church on Saturday, September 10, 1983 Bob and Beth
are now residing in Goderich.

Rebekahs host assembly head,
hear plans for birthday party
Pride of Huron Rebekah
Lodge celebrated the atten-
dance of the Rebekah
Assembly president Sadie
Thomas Wednesday night. A
bountiful banquet was held in
her honour at Exeter United
Church.
The menu consisted of
delicious hot roast beef,
mashed potatoes and many
appetizing salads; scrump-
tious angel food cake served
with cherry ice cream was
the dessert.
Officers of Huronic
Rebekah Lodge, Clinton,
opened lodge and later closed
it. The sisters were dressed in
long white gowns with pink
corsages.
Pride of Huron Noble
Grand Barb Whiting welcom-
ed 24 sisters from Clinton and
54 of Pride of Huron to the
meeting. Also welcomed was
Grand Lodge Guardian
brother Jim Broadfoot and
Brother John Broadioot
P.G.M. Sister Cheryl Ed-
wards P.N.G. introduced
District Deputy President
Marion Rose and Junior Past
Noble Grand Audrey Rowe in-

8:00 in the lodge hall.

fair and Ladies Division of the
Exeter Fall Fair, thanking
Pride of Huron for the
monetary support to each

Caven ladies
mark event
A special service was held
at Caven Presbyterian
Church, Sunday, October 30,
for the 85th anniversary of the
Womens Missionary Society.
The congregation were
welcomed at the door by
members of the W.M.S. An
organ and piano prelude of
"Amazing Grace" was
played by Bob McIntosh and
David Dougall, who also did
another duet "Arioso", during
the offering.
Mrs. E. Simmons opened
the service with the call to
worship and Mrs. K. Knight
led in prayer. Mrs. E. Sim-
mons led the responsive
lesson and the New Testa-
ment lesson was read by Mrs.
C. Ersman.
Mrs. H. Strang introduced
Mrs. A.G. Neal, the guest
speaker. Mrs. Neal lives in
Sarnia and is currently the
iiistorian and Life Member-
ship secretary, in her own
Presbyterial.
She is also President of
Hamilton and London
Synodical. Mrs. Neal has
travelled to many lands,
working and sharing with the
people of these lands. As
guest speaker, she shared
with everyone "Faith, Hope
and Love" and what these
mean to us.
Mrs. J. Pryde read the
history of Caven W.M.S. com-
posed very nicely by Mrs. C.
Cann.
The senior Sunday School
girls sang very lovely "I'd
Like to Teach the World to
Sing", led by David Dougall
at the piano.
Mrs. C. Henderson
presented Mrs. Ila Moir with
a certificate of Honorary Life
Membership from the W.M.S.
A gift of a communion
chalice in a cabinet was
dedicated by Rev. C. Hender-
son, from the Kirk family in
memory of their parents Mr.
and Mrs. Louis Kirk.
Following the service
everyone was invited to stay
for coffee and have a chance
to visit with Mrs. Neal.
Crediton 4-H
plan exhibit

The seventh and final 4-11
meeting for Crediton club V
was held November 3 al
Hullebusch's.
We briefly presented the
highlights for our special pro-
ject to the rest of the
members. We acted out a
play and played "Buyer
Bingo" where we had to
match our wits with the rest
of the members and test our
consumer knowledge.
We discussed which club
exhibit we plan to present for
Achievement Night.
A Christmas card was also
received from Rose Webster,
who was vacationing in the
sunny south and thinking of
her sisters.
Birthday wishes were sung
to Gladys MacDonald and
Alva Routley.
Over
80 club
Mrs. Arthur Baker, of
Bluewater Rest Home,
Zurich, observes her 98th bir-
thday on Sunday November 6.
Sadie Thomas, Assembly
president thanked the lodge
for her delicious dinner and
lovely corsage. In the address
to the sisters she embarked
on messages of friendship,
love and truth; the Oddfeilow
lodge being one of the oldest
faternal lodges and is known
worldwide.
She acknowledged that the
lodge will be celebrating its
165th year of oddfellowship.
Birthday parties for the event
will be held April 26, 1W4 all
over the world. Sister Sadie
reminded everyone to watch
for the International Odd -
fellow and Rebekah float
January 2 during
the Rose
Bowl Parade. Her remarks
were encouragable and very
enthusiastic, "believe in
yourself and in your lodge."
Jean King Assembly Mar-
shall was introduced by Sister
Sadie as her escort for the
evening, a beautiful lady that
had become a wonderful com-
panion travelling to many of
the lodges with her.
Elaine Skinner performed
at the piano and Molly Cox
Noble Grand of Huronic
Lodge sang a solo. The songs
were the Assembly Presi-
dent's favourite, "Bluebird of
Happiness" and "Top of the
World". Lunch and a time for
fellowship followed.
