Total receipts at
Brussels Livestock for the
week ending November 5
were 3822 head of cattle
and 124 head of lambs
and goats. Fed steers and
heifers sold at steady
prices. Cows were selling
on a good steady trade.
Veal sold $5 higher. New
crop lambs were selling
at premium prices with
other lambs selling
stead-. All classes of
stockers sold on a good
strong active trade.
There were 468 steers
on offer selling 90.00 to
95.00 with sales to 99.25.
