Times Advocate, 1999-10-27, Page 25Wednesday, October 27, 1999 Exsbr Times -Advocate 25 Sports Panther pack off toWOSSA x country HOLMESVILLE — The South Huron District High School cross country teams had a banner day at last week's Huron - Perth championships at the Lobb Farm near Homesville. Both the senior girls and boys teams finished first overall and qualify for the WOSSA championships at Wingham F.E. Madill tomorrow (Oct. 28) while three midget boys qualified individually since not enough runners were on hand to make a team. The senior boys later ended up in second due to t he fourth runner's placement. Panther coach Joe Fulop is thrilled with his runners' performances. "Against tough competition the senior teams sucked it up and came through with flying colours," he said. "It has n a goal result to a somewhat Moo on.
