The workout class meets every evening from 6-7 p.m. during week days, • rain or shine, at the Grand Bend Lions Pavilion. The program costs $250 per person and the instructors welcome all fitness levels, men and women. McLlwain said if people are interested in regis- tering for the upcoming program they should do it quickly because of the limited spaces and the fitness pre -assessment.
