Masters come up a goal shrt in loss

Exeter entered the half
down 2-0 but quickly tied
the game early in the sec-
ond half with goals by
Charlie Wise and Paul
Vandewalle.
Carpet Place scored the
winning goal late in the
game despite Exeter's
better effort.
"We just couldn't seem
to find the net," Lightfoot
said.
Exeter is 0-2 for the
season and next hosts the

p.m., at the Lucan soccer
pitches.

Bowling for charity N
Bob Reynolds, left, receives a gift certificate from local
Big Brothers/Big Sisters vice-president Chris Skalkos
in recognition of the $662 Reynolds raised during the
charity's bowlathon in March. Skalkos said Reynolds
has been one of the event's top fund-raisers over the
five years Reynolds has participated.This year's
bowlathon raised $12,000 for Big Brothers/Big
Sisters.The gift certificate is for a free meal and
overnight accomodations to the Stone Willow Inn of
St. Marys.
