Mountain of medals
Exeter Karate Club members brought home numerous medals from the re-
cent Holmsville tournament. From left: Winoma Bailey (2nd sparring), Kim Ri-

Easter tournament
tiensall won the bronze medal,
defeating the host St. Catharines
team by a score of 2-1. Hensall's
first goal was by A.J. Ferguson
assisted by Steve Willis and Daryl
Weiss, and the winning goal was
an unassisted goal by Kevin
Dickins.
Hensall was also the overall team
MP. winner in the skills contest involv-
ing bantam teams from Wasaga
Beach, Ottawa. Windsor, St.
Catharines, Mississauga, Capreol,
Westhill and Hensall. Hensall's
Cam Becker was the top goalie,
Kevin Dickins was second place in
the shootout, Arron Welsh was
third in the speed skating and
Doug Ferguson was second in the
coaches shootout. The bantams
also won the 'A' champion in the
Exeter Christmas tournament and
were semi-finalists in the WOAA
playoffs, being defeated by Mount
Forest. The boys wish to thank
their sponsor Hensel( Kinsman
and their coaches and parents for
their support all year.
