Chiefs win one out of three for week EXETER — 'Fhc Exeter Juvenile Chiefs hockey team managed just one win over three games on the weekend. The Chiefs breezed to a 5-1 win in St: Thomas Sunday., The shorthanded Chiefs were subjected to a physical con- test w'th St. Thomas seemingly trying to run Exeter out of the arena taking 21 penalties compared with Exeter's 14. Included in those 21 penalties were two fighting majors, one inciting, two face- maski ig, two unsportsmanlike and three game misconducts, all earned by just eight players. - The Chiefs had penalty problems of their own. At one point, the Chiefs had two defencemon in the dressing room `ejected for fighting and the remaining three blueliners were in the penalty box at the same time. Ryan Carroll and'Paul Knight filled in till the box cleared. The Chiefs drew two game miscon- ducts. for fighting and one unsportsman- like for verbal insults.
