By Muriel Lewis Granton correspondent GRANTON -Audrey (Harlton) Westman, (a former teacher at SS#7 Granton in the I950s) wife of Ken Westman, London, died on Wednesday, May 27 after a lengthy illness. The sympathy of the com- munity is extended to family and relatives. U.C.W. Unit 2 members span-. sored a unique perennial tea at the church on May 23. Plants were ex- changed and refreshments enjoyed. At the Granton United Church on Sunday. Val Hodgins of London led the service and her sermon was entitled 'The Spirit Speaks' based on the lessons from Genesis 1 I and Acts 2. Flowers were placed in the church from the funeral of Audrey Westman. Following the service the congre- gation joined with the Sunday School for their Sunday Sundae Fun Day when lunch and sundaes were enjoyed. Fixing a leak Gas service was temporarily suspended in Hensel! Sun- day morning after a gas pipe broke.
