The theme for 1997 was "Honor- ing Our Past as Preparation for Our Future." The Rev. Beverley Wheel- er, A.C.W. Chaplain, led the morn- ing devotions. The Rev. Wendy Fletcher -Marsh, Professor ^f Church History at Huron Col!, c was guest speaker in the afternoot, session. The 1997 Annual Conference ended with the celebration of the Holy Eucharist conducted by The Most Rev. Percy O'Driscoll, Arch- bishop of Huron. St. Patrick's service On April 27, 7 he Rev. Stanley Jay officiated at the Holy Eucharist service at St. Patrick's at 10:30 a.m. Bob MacGillivray, along. with Rev. Jay, read the lessons. The Sunday School theme and focus was "If we love one another. God lives in us." Katie -Scarlett MacGillivray was server for the service. On June 4, Rev.
