Guinness Stout has been around for many decades. It used to have a
slogan. "It's good forlyou' but because it couldn't be proven, this slo-
gan had to be abandoned. Now it seems to be true. The stout contains
high amounts of flavonoids /which are good for circulation, lowering cho-
lesterol, and acting as a free -radical reducer among other things. The
brewing process strips regular beer of these flavonoids.
