About 220 students representing six area schools participated in the Grand Bend Winter Carnival junior snow sculpting competition held in the parking lot behind Gables and the Colonial on Thursday. First place went to Exeter Public School students from (eft, Alex Kemp, Kyle Farwell, Kyle Fusick, Kristy Pinder, Adam Little, Brianne Simpson, Efiie Fragiskatos and Maggie Steciuk, sitting, for creating the "Flintstone's record player". Second I place went to Zurich Public School and West Williams won the People's Choice Award. Our Lady of Mount Carmel students, below, really got into their work during the junior snow sculpting competition at the Grand'Bend Winter Carnival on Thursday.
