Huron -County, as well as the rest of .On- tario, to receive information about the*. variety of services that are available to them with the creation of Community Care Access Centres (CCACs) by the Minister of Health. In January of 1997, the Community Care -.Access Centre for Huron be- came one of the first operational CCACs by -amalgamating the for- mer Home Care . Program and -Placement Coordination Service. Ontario Heritage Foundation honors Lucan 1.1'(';\N - The Ontario Heritage I'oundatxm recently announced the name. of 134 recipients honored under its new Heritage Community Recognition Program. The program recognizes local heritage conserva- tion achievement. Annually, each municipality can nominate one per- son who best exemplifies heritage conservation in their local commu- nity.
