EXETER - Breaking out of their
three -game losing slump, the Exet-
er Hawks collected three of a possi-
ble-
ossi-
ble. four points on the weekend as
they tied North Middlesex 2-2 on
Friday and the next night in Bel-
mont skated to a 9-7 win over the
`cost Pests.
What stopped the Hawks *am
winning Friday against the Stars
was Stephen Minor Hockey Associ-
ation product Andy Glavin who
was spectacular, shutting the door
on 39 shots.
While the Stars have been strug-
gling this, their second season in
the league, Glavin and Aaron Lucas
have both played well.

"We lost seven or nine in a row.
We haven't been able to buy a
game," said Glavin. ''We lost 2-1 to
Mitchell, that was my best game
and this is my second-best game."
Against the defending Ontario
champions frorn Mitchell, Glavin
made 59 saves.
The only time the puck got past
him Friday was when Hawks' cen-
tre Nathan Burns knocked the puck
down deep in the Stars' zone and
shot from the top of the circle. The
other was a powerplay when the di-
vision's league leading scorer
Shayne Robinson rushed down his
favourite right side.
"There were a lot of chances but
our defence did a good job. There
were rebounds but 1 controlled
them," said Glavin.

"He sure did play a good Aloe.
