CRANTON - Congratulations
from the community to Robert Par-
kinson who graduated from King's
College, U.W.U. on June 4, 1993
with a Bachelor of Arts, Honors
French Language and Literature.
Robert graduated on the Dean's
Honor List 'and will be contihSuing
his studies in graduate school at the
University of Western Ontario in
September.
Those attending the Huron Coun-
try Playhouse at Grand Bend on
Tuesday to see the matinee of the
play 'Oliver' were Nora Wissel, El-
sie Dann, Florence McRobert,
Alma Nicholson and Florence
Bryan.
The Granton W.I. and friends en-
joyed a bus trip on Thursday, July 1
to St. Jacob for dinner at the Stone
Crock, then onto the Drayton Fes-
tivu: Theatre to see the hilarious
musical "Me and My Girl".

time. •
The sermon was entitled "V.I.P.'
which dealt with discrimination and
the story of the woman who had the
courage to bathe Jesus' feet from
Isaiah 64 and Luke 7. The minister
concluded her message by reflect-
ing that each one may still come to
the feet of Jesus and wash them
with tears of regret.
Sunday School awards received
last Sunday were classed as fol-

Mathew Westman and Scott Die-
