Grades 4, 5, and 6 students of Exeter Public School and Usborne Central were intro-
duced to a special learning unit over the past few days: the world of flight and avia-
tion. Guest speakers at the schools and a trip to Huron Park's airport were high-
lights of the week, giving the students a hands-on glimpse of powered flight.

Terry Stuart of Huron Park's Tetryl lr gave students a
treat at Thursday's tour of the airport by demonstrating
some acrobatics in his single-engine plane.

Lt. Colonel Jack Cann demonstrated some remoteLair-
craft flying for the students of Exeter and Usbome,at the ball
diamond last Tuesday morning.
Captain Barry Morris of Huron Park's Morris Aviation made a
presentation to the classes studying flight at Exeter Public
School last Tuesday morning. Morris, a Kirkton native, has
21,000 hours of flight without an accident and has instructed
Hollywood stunt flyers.
A glimpse inside the cockpit of a single-engine plane was a
