Legions news By Dave Frayne, P.R.O. EXETER - The R.E. Pooley Br. 167 has been very active this Christmas season. Several members participated on the bus trip to Park - wood hospital to visit the veterans there and all had a good time. On December 5 the Legion entered a float in Exeter's Christmas Parade and won a prize for the best service club float. The Legion are thanking Garry Heywood for providing the idea and the truck and trailer for the float. Bob Snow headed the deco- rating of the float, with the help of his family, and several Legion members. This was the first float 15 years and the Legion plans to do this more often. -- -- • On Sund$y, Decerbbe'r113 the an- nual Children's Christmas Party was held, under Kathy .
