Minor hockey scoreboard
The puck was in the net past the Goderich goalie during Wednesday night's exhibition peewee
game at the South Huron Recreation Centre. Luke Sims and Dave Marshall had a pair of goals
with one from Dave Farquhar. The next night, the local Legionaire peewees came up short, 7-5
to Dorchester. Geoff Mayer had two goals with one each from Jeff MacLean, Marshall and Tyl-
er Bourne. Farquhar and Scott Rasenberg had two assists each. Sunday, Belmont beat Exeter
6-3 as MacLean had two goals with the other from Farquhar. Larry Cole and Cam Dougall had
assists. The Legionnaires will will be holding a food drive on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.ri1.
