Bus trip
On Tuesday, December 19, a bus
load of senior citizens left Grand
Bend at 3 p.m. to see the Sarnia
lights.
Seniors from Grand Bend, Dash-
wood and Ravenswood, myself ac-
companied by Loreen Devine of
Zurich enjoyed the trip.
Our first stop was at the Lambton
Mall for one hour of shopping and
then to JB's Harbour House for a
delicious meal.
During the drive to see the lights,
driver Peter MacNaughton provid- •
ed tape recorded Christmas music.
e first view of lights was at Cen-
tennial Park and the most attractive
I noticed were at Polysar, Dow
Chemical, Sunoco, Sarnia Refinery
and many homes, churches and
streets.
Nola Love was hostess and each
senior received a gift from Mac -
Naughton Tours.
