Unexpected visitors - The largest collection of pink flamingos ever spotted in Exeter turned up last
Saturday on Jeff and Carol Darling's Pryde Boulevard lawn. The birds, weren't talking but rumor has
it they were in town to attend a surprise 30thbirthday party for Jeff Darling..

TORONTO - We still haven't lo-
cated all our C.W.A.C., friends of
those great days of World War II.
Two accidents
EXETER - Exeter OPP were
called to a number of accidents oc-
curring within their jurisdiction on
Sunday.
Vehicles driven by Allen Drown,
Stratford, and Susan Pye, London,
collided on Highway 83 at Huron
Road 11. The vehicles sustained
minor damage. Pye was taken to
South Huron Hospital with minor
injuries.
Vehicles driven by Kenneth
Stemmler, Kitchener, and John
McEwing, Blyth, collided on High-
way 21 at Cedar Bank Road. There
was minor damage, but no injury.
Other accidents on the weekend
will be included in next week's
OPP report.
Officers laid 62 charges under the
HTA, nine under the LLA, five un-
der the criminal code, and one car
insurance violation.
