Varna shuffling winds up

VARNA - Shuffling at the Com-
plex' wound up for the season on
Tuesday evening with 21 in atten-
dance. Some took turns playing
euchre as only 16 can shuffle at one
time. Harold Peck arranged a special
fun evening - sometimes different
rules were given. Various local
.businesses donated small prizes and
nearly everyone went home with a
prike.
Prizes were donated by the Varna
Feed Mill, the Varna Store, Bruce -
field Co-op, Ont rio Hydro, Anstett
Jewellers, Big 0 and the Clinton
Credit Union.
Elmer Hayter moved a vote of
thanks to Harold Peck who has
been organizing the shuffling since
it began just after the Complex was
opened. Bob Reid will take over
these duties in the fall: Anyone is
welcome to come to shuffle. It will
