Grand champions - The team of George Jones and Ted Poplar of
Grand Cove Estates became the grand champions in the carpet
bowling event in Exeter's Senior Games last Monday. The -
champs won five straight games to take the gold medal. Overall,
over 555 from Huron, Middlesex and Perth Counties participated
in the games.
