GRAND BEND - Grand Bend
atom boys kept up their winning
streak June 17 by beating Hensall
21-7.
David Lemon made a couple of
sensational catches, while Jona-
thon Lovie and J.J. Anderson each
hit homers when needed most.
Grand Bend Atom boys are the
team to catch right now getting

eter 20-9 on June 22. Levi Lare
caught a ball and got a player out
on first, way to go Levi! Bats
worked well for Lemon and Chris
Reaburn as well.
Grand Bend was scheduled to
play Fullarton May 31 but that
game was cancelled because of
rain.
Their next game was Thursday
June 8 against Hensall. Grand
Bend got their third winin a good
close game 8-7 with Bryce Kadle-
cik and the Ducharme boys, Ste-
ven and Brian all making impor-
tant catches.
Grand Bend kept up their win-
ning streak making it four in a
row June 17 beating Hensall 21-7.
Lemon made a couple more of sen-
sational catches, while Jonathon
Lovie and J.J. Anderson each belt-
ed a homers.

Exeter Legion - sponsored invi-
tational lawn bowling tourna-
ment.
Visitors came all the way
from Stratford, Seaforth, Luck -
now, Goderich, Mitchell, Fair-
mont, Elmwood and Thistle
bowling clubs, to take part.
A father -and -son pair from Ex-
eter, Peter and Allan McFalls
took top honours with a score of
three wins to three points over
plus of four.
Other winners were from Elm-
wood, Fairmont, Goderich, Sea -
forth, Stratford and consolation
went to Reg Robinsons rink
from Mitchell.
