Sherwood owner Gabby Mol says, " We are one of the
longest established dealers in lawn and- garden machinery in
the area with a wide variety of equipment."
He continued, " We have everything the home owner and
gardener needs from the smallest push lawn mower, hedge and
weed trimmers, chain saws, roto tillers to the Larger sized rid-
ing lawn mowers."
Sherwood carries a full line of Roper, Snapper and Home -
lite -Jacobsen equipment and has full service for Briggs Strat-
ton,
Tecumseh and Kohler small engines.
Mol says his firm takes pride in providing service and parts
for everthing they sell. He added, " We have licensed mechan-
ics and they participate in two weeks of updating courses each
winter on small engine technique and servicing."
He went on to say, " We sell the best quality equipment
and the public is aware of this despite chain store and mass
selling. It's worth it to spend a couple of extra dollars to get
y:v>> good quality and service."
The local firm has more than 2,000 small engine parts on
hand for the three lines they sell.
Mol has been in the farm machinery business on his own
for 16 years and previous to that worked for the late Harry
Sherwood for nine years.
The business moved to its present location on Highway 83
at the easterly edge of Exeter during the past year and has ex-
cellent facilities. Mol describes his inside storage space as fan-
tastic saying, " We are able to keep everything_mside.'
