DEATHS—
HANSFORD — At his late residence,
Green Acres, Grand Bend on Friday, Oc-
tober 2, 1987, Roy W. Hansford; in his 78th
year. Dear father of Mrs. Joan Jones of
Stratford and predeceased by one son Gor-
don Hansford (1973). Survived by one
brother, Walter Hansford of Kingston and
predeceased by brother William Hansford
and sister Miss Alberta Hansford. Surviv-
ed by seven grandchildren and nine great-
grandchildren. At the request of the
deceased, his body was donated to the
U.W.O. Anatomy School. (There was no
funeral service.) Mr. Hansford,joined the
Perth Regiment in September, 1939 and
served overseas until 1945. Mr. Hansford
was a produce manager for National
Grocery of Stratford until his retirement,
after which he resided in Grand Bend and
was a member of the Grand Bend Legion.
Donations. if desired to the Stratford
General Hospital, C.A.T. Scan Fund would
be appreciated by the family and arrang-
ed through the Hoffman Funeral Home.

(Thompson) Keyes, beloved wife of the
late Elmore Keyes, formerly of Exeter and'
Varna; in her 77th year. Mother of Grant
Keyes of Newcastle, Ontario and Gerald of
Pembroke. Also survived by five grand-
children, one sister Mrs. Elizabeth Alex-
ander of Hensall. Rested at the Hopper -
Hockey Funeral Home, Exeter; where
funeral service was held on Monday, Oc-
tober 5 at 2 p.m. with Pastor R.H. Thyne
