EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of the hearing is to hear objections to Amendment
No. 1 to the Township of Hibbert Official Plan, which was
adopted by Council by By-law No. 8-1986 on January 29, 1986;
By-law NO. 9-1986, which was adopted by Council on January
29, 1986; and By-law No. 23-1986, which was adopted by Coun-
cil on June 2,'1986.
Amendment No. 1 to the Township of Hibbert Official Plari af-
fects property in the Township described as Part of Lot 22, Con-
cession 12 and owned by Ross and Loretta Riley. The subject
land would be redesignated from "Agriculture" to "Extractive
Resources".
By -low No. 9-1986 also affects property in the Township describ-
ed as Part of Lot 22, Concession 12 and owned by Ross and Loret-
ta Riley. By-law No. 9-1986 changes the zoning of the subject
property from "Rural A2 Zone" to "Extractive, Industrial M2
Zone".
Both Amendment No. 1 to the Official Plan and By-law No. ,
•9-1986 were adopted by Council in order to permit the establish-
ment of an, aggregate extractive operation on Part of lot 22,
Concession 12.
By -low NO. 23-1986 is a new Comprehensive Zoning By-law for
the Township of Hibbert and affects all property within the
Township.
Peter Klaver and Ronald E. Stoneman have objected to Amend-
ment No. 1 to the Township's Official Plan and By -low No.
9-1986.
John Jenkins has objected to By -low No. 23-1986 as it affects
properties in the Township described as Lots 35 and 36 and Part
of Park Lot 1, Registered Plan No. 312 (Staffa) and owned by
John Jenkins, Barbara Sharpe and Jack Sharpe. The subject pro-
perties are zoned "Agricultural Zone Twp (A2)" and "Flood Plan
and Hazard Zone (FP)" in By -low No. 23-1986. Mr. Jenkins has
requested a '`Residential Zone One (R1)" classification for the
subject properties.
