The South Huron Hospital Auxiliary
inet Tuesday afternoon, and the pro -
tits trom the Spring Rummage Sale
were announced. The net profit (after
expenses, was $7,113.
The members voted to give $2,50(
towards a book truck that would go
around to hospital patients. and more
library shelving. This followed a
presentation by Mrs. Linda Hill, of the
shared library services program, and
Rev. Cheryl Ashick-Englert, about
the benefits of the additional space
and the truck. The money will provide
additional services for nurses, doc-

The giflshop committee reported
$574.65 in sales from April 1 to May
10. The membership chairwoman
reported on the -nursery schools that
have toured the hospital lately. The
teen volunteer committee reported
they have 25 teen volunteers.
A wheelchair ramp has been add-
ed to the hospital, and there will be a
utilization review soon.
The meeting concluded with the in-
stallation of the new executive, and
refreshments were served.
