The federal minister has been negotiating with various commodity groups since Agriculture Canada pro- posed new charges for a number of its services under the government's cost recovery program. "I've said from the beginning tl)al I thought a mutually'satisfactory set- tlement was possible. We've definite- ly achieved that in the livestock grading area," Mr. Wise said.
