South Hibbert Athletic Assn.' holds car rally

About 185 cars tool; part in the
South 'fibbed Athletic Association's
rally. Following a map, they toured
the Beachville. Seaforth, and Kippen
areas looking for blue Harvestore
silos. cemerrt Holstein cow lawn or-
naments. T.V. satellite dishes. and
Canadian flags.
Prizes for the best poker hands
went to Dwayne Harmer, Brian
Hardman. Lloyd Drummond.

.reader. was in charge of morning ser-
vice Sunday at St. Patrick's.
Marguerite Greenlee and Hazel Davis
were readers. Paul Bidell was server
and Sheryl Carroll was the pianist.
Hamsworth spoke to the children on
"The Good Shepherd" and told the
children of a Shepherd's duties. The
children went down to Sunday School
and Jennifer Gee and Julie Carroll
were first in the' Sunday School to
recite the books of the old Testament
perfectly. Hamsworth took his text

Mrs. Toni Kooy gave her home for
the April A.C.W. on Tuesday after-
noon. The ladies tied a quilt for their
Prayer Partner's Bale. There were
three guests. A short meeting with
Pres. Marguerite Greenlee in charge,
Scripture reading and prayers by
members foilowed. flans were made
for a euchre next Tuesday evening in
the Parish hall and a Bake sale and -
garage sale at Toni and Mary Kooy's
('entralia home, early Saturday June
1. At the close of the meeting Mary
Kooy served refreshments and all en-
joyed a social hour.
Mr. and Mrs. Harry- Noels and Mrs.
Ilelen MacDonald were guests Satur-
day with Mrs. Mary Davis.
Mrs. Charlotte Barker, Mrs. Mary
