However, it is possible that a zon-

of action suggested by the Huron
County planning department.
Dan Murphy of Donnelly & Murphy
attended the council session to discuss
the development agreement between
the township and Huron Motor Pro-

Two other Hamilton men. James

Police said those two accused are

formally charging them may not be

WINS VAN — Bill Slavik, St. Clair Beach, accepts the keys to his
Magic Wagon from Exeter Minor Hockey president Al Quinn. Slavik's
wife and daughter are shown in the van, while other EMHA officials
outside are Frank Kints and Pauline McCann. The latter chaired the
fund-raising project which netted over $12,000.
Van project
is successful
Eight months ago the Exeter Minor
Hockey Association set out on a big
venture that some people had reser-
vations about. The idea of E.M.H.A.
buying a Chrysler Magic Wagon and
selling $5.00 tickets on it. seemed
feasible but risky.
It was very slow going for many
months and it wasn't until the first
part of April that we had sold enough
tickets to pay for the van.
At this point we felt we would only
show a small profit. But suddenly
ticket sales improved. The support
was just fantastic!
%%e would like to thank all of the
people from Exeter and area who
bought tickets. Special thanks to
Pauline Mc('ann and her fundraising
committee. The list of people who sold
tickets is too lengthy to mention. but
a great big thanks to all of you: to the
kids In minor hockey. parents and in-
dividuals not even directly involved
with minor hockey.
Congratulations to Bill Slavik of St.
Clair Beach r near Windsor) who pick-
ed up his new van at Exeter Plymouth
Chrysler.
