Tuesday everting for the belated "Day
of -Prayer service and the March
1('11 meeting.
Mrs .1I Greenlee was leader for
the service with five members
assisting as readers. Rev. P. Derrick
read the Scripture and spoke on the
topic chosen by the ladies of India,
"Peach Through Prayer and Action'.
The offering has been forwarded to
the inter -Church Council, Toronto.
Plans were made for the April 9
Deanery meeting to be held at St.
Patrick's. and the congregation plans
to paint the interior of the Parish hall.
Saturday., March 23 at 9:30 a.m.
Anyone fre to help is asked to attend.
The roll -call was answered with an
Irish verse or saying and a contest us-
ing the word "Sharnrock" followed,
won by Rev. Derrick. The meeting

Harry Carroll observed his 81st bir-
thday, March 16 with a pre -birthday
dinner for a group of friends in Lon-
don and the remainder of the day was
spent with his sister-in-law Mrs. IU.A.
