Several children have already read the required 10 books and have moved their candle from park to park across the map of Canada. The Storytime children recently en- joyed a picnic in the park. Storytime will continue all summer on Friday afternoons atone p.m. Last Thursday afternoon many ! children enjoyed a puppet show. They I saw an exciting open style of puppetry GRADUATES — Sandra June Fletcher, daughter of Lloyd and Vera Fletcher, Kirkton, Ont. graduated from Fanshawe Col- lege on June 20, 1985 with a diploma in Medical Secretary and is presently employed in London. with the performers out in front with the puppets. There was also live music, action songs and sing alongs. Play shuffleboard - Sixteen people took part in the local shuffleboard tournament al the Ac- tivity Centre on Monday night. Draws were made for partners. The winners were Ervin Gingerich and Marjorie Goldie. and second went to Lloyd Roth and Margaret Wiley. Plans are made to bold a Gala Shuf- fleboard tournament on Thursday, July 18. Personals John and Doris Watson from Calgary visited in -the community lately. They came for the Watson reu- nion, and although related to the Stewarts, weren't able to stay for the reunion. While at the local camp, they visited Mary and Jessie Ross, and Evelyn McNaughton as well as other Minister visits at Clandeboye Sam and Eva Gough. Fenlon Falls were hosts Tuesday for the reunion of the 1980 Roy Jewell Tour Group to Australia and New Zealand. Atten- ding from this area were Roy and Gladys Cunningham. Wilmer and Mary Scott, Clarence and Beulah Hardy, Murray and Alice Hodgson and Jean Lee. Rev. Earl. Millson, United Church Minister. at Bright, Ontario, spent Thursday afternoon with his cousin. Clarence Millson. Marcia Elgie, of Montreal, visited Thursday with her aunt and uncle. Mary and Wilmer Scott. Howard and Gwen Morley, of Hazel Park, Michigan, also their daughter.
