When making his inaugural address reeve Norm Steeper said ''we are challenged to change" and later in the mer:ing suggested giving any resident the opportunity to serve their community :on a number of boards. These positions would in- clude being members of the arena board. planning board. committee of adjustment, fence viewers, area fire board and the Ausable-Bayfield Conservation Authority. Appointment's to the various boards will be made at a special council meeting to be held Monday, December 20. .
