Mrs Florence McDonald, Listowel has retired after 29 years as a teacher at St. Mary's School at Hesson, and 20 of them as principal. The graduate of London Teachers College will be keeping herself busy with her family, her hobbies and travelling. She and her husband have recently returned from a trip to California. Miss Mary Kennedy of 118 Coburg Street, Stratford, graduated from the Universi- ty of Manitoba in Winnipeg 45 years ago as a teacher. She has been a religion consultant with the Huron -Perth Board for the past 12 years. She will be spending more time with her hobbies and travelling. Recently she returned from a trip to Europe. Seven trustees are leaving the Huron -Perth Board when new trustees will be installed. Vincent Young, Goderich retires after serving a total of 22 years as a trustee, of which 13 have been with the Huron- -Perth Board when it was formed in 1969. Ted . Geoffrey, Zurich retires after serving the past 13 years with the Huron -Perth Board and before that 14 years as a trustee at Ecole Ste. Marie at St Joseph and seven years representing to school su eters at separa ppo South Huron District High School at Exeter.
