Hern came to the fair ear- ly in the morning in working clothes and prior to the noon hour parade dropped into a room at the arena to change into more dressed up attire. We began the meeting with the 4-H pledge, then the roll call followed by the business. We began to prepare for making buttermilk bread and teddy bear bread . which everyone enjoyed when it was baked. The. leaders demonstrated different ways with bread such as bread rolls, braiding bread, and making different shapes out of bread.
