Mrs. Mabel Needham, Lucan was holidaying at Ip- perwash Beach last week and entertained 10 cousins and friends Thursday from Ex- eter, Lucan and Saintsbury. A number of people from this community attended the Lucan Fair over the weekend, also the parade. The group of parents and children played T -ball games, and all enjoyed barbecued hot dogs for lunch. T -ball crests were presented to the children. Their coach, Ann Russell received a dried flower arrangement. More than 30 parents and children gathered for an end of season party for the squirts softball team Wednesday night.
