only current fashions, but
also body shape and hair and
eye. colour must be taken
into account if clothes are to

then used visuals to show
how to make the tnost of

on the theme for this year.
"Discovering God's hove".
,lean Brown led a short Bible
Study which considered
Mary of Bethany's un-
conventional expression of
Inge to Jesus in John 12.
Other people misunderstood
and criticized her gift. but
,Jesus saw and accepted with
joy the love and worship of
her heart which it express-
ed.
• Jean then traced some of
the ways in which Mary's
love to .lesus became so
genuine. and related these
facts to our own lives today.
Only two
collisions
Dorothy Dedels, Cathy
Kaune and Freeda Melanson
shared personal experiences
from their own lives through
which they came to know
God's love in meaningful
ways.
Dorothy said that the
prayers of church friends for
her helath was a channel
through which God's love
blessed her. Cathy shared
her discovery .that family
conflicts can be healed by
God's love when those in
conflict pray together. And
Freeda told of her early ex-
perience of God's love in a
small, warm' congregation
and of how His love had
strengthened and helped her
through difficult times. -
